Will you show me how to maintain the LLC ?
Yes. Unlike others, we don’t do things by halves ! We will teach you how to create the LLC and maintain it every year without having to pay thousand of dollars every year. There are three primary filing requirements that are related to foreign-owned, single-member LLCs : Form 5472 + 1120, FBAR and 1040-NR.
For information, a US LLC has to respect some criteria, in order to not be subject to US federal income tax :
- Be 100% owned by non-US tax residents (either natural or legal persons)
- Have no US presence or economic substance

Will you show me how to get an EIN (Employer Identification Number) ?
Yes. Your LLC must have an EIN in order to file some forms, even if you are a non US resident. The EIN is a unique 9-digit number assigned to your business by the IRS and it is used to identify a business for tax purposes with the IRS. EINs are completely free ($0) from the IRS and you don’t need an SSN or ITIN to get it.
The only reason you would pay money is if you hire someone to get your EIN for you. With us, you won’t have to pay an expensive lawyer or CPA to do it for you.

Is it possible to open a US bank account as a non resident ?
Yes. There are some fintechs and online banks that will allow you to do the verification without having to be physically present. Their KYC requirements are lower, and there are several options that can be done remotely.
We will also tell you how to apply for payment processing (Stripe/Paypal…) on your own.

Will you tell me how to open an anonymous LLC ?
Yes. Only a small number of states allows for truly anonymous LLCs. It means that the owners of the LLC are not publicly disclosed. For that, you have to choose a state that doesn’t requires you to identify who the owners, officers or managers are and where. Only the articles of organization are submitted to the state. In an era where privacy is harder to attain, it’s nice to know you can still obtain some true anonymity. (You don’t have to justify wanting privacy.)
You will need to hire a registered agent (who has no connection to you) to create your company. Indeed, you cannot both set up the limited liability company AND remain anonymous, because you will be considered the Organizer.
